Iglesia Cristiana Esperanza Viva, with the financial assistance of Living Hope Ministries, is blessed with the ability to have two Honduran ministers on staff. These men bear a major portion of the responsibility for preaching and teaching as well as pastoral care and evangelism. With their distinct personalities and diverse areas of giftedness Miguel Raudales and Eduardo Silva are servant leaders of Jesus Christ in His church.

Miguel Raudales Miguel Raudales has ministered full-time with ICEV since June of 2004. Miguel is a student of the Word of God. His passion is to study and it is evident when you talk with him. His command of the Scripture appears to be nearly photographic in nature. Miguel is a teacher at heart who lives to worship God. Analytical in nature, he also works with the finances of the congregation.
Eduardo Silva Eduardo Silva has ministered full-time with ICEV since August of 2005. Anyone who meets “Eddy” can immediately perceive that he is a people person. His passion is evangelism, longing to share about Jesus and the difference that Christ has made in his life. Eduardo is a very gifted communicator who has a spirit of compassion and loves to serve.
Rex Morey Rex Morey has ministered with ICEV full-time since its founding in his carport, April 4, 2004. Rex’s previous experiences in senior ministry, associate ministry and youth ministry have prepared him for his present calling. Rex works side by side with Miguel and Eduardo as an equipping minister. Offering direction in practical day to day ministry matters, preparing the present and future leaders of ICEV is the primary focus of his energies. Although now doing so in Spanish, Rex’s passion for preaching and teaching have not waned.
